The GAPO is the perfect solution for manoeuvring self-erecting tower cranes in and out of congested building sites. With the addition of a steerable rear axle that is controlled by the same radio remote unit that operates the GAPO, the job of installing a tower crane has been made easier, faster and safer.
Video: The GAPO is able to negotiate some very tight corners of a Cornish fishing village to reach a building site that would have been inaccessible otherwise.
The GAPO has the ability to move the following makes of cranes:

• Potain GTMR Range
• Liebheer
• San Marco
• Vicario
Adaption plates can be designed to fit other makes including Cattaneo and Terex-Comedil.
